It is in the country of Teranga that Yhebe Design posed its rose from June 27 to July 1, 2017 in order to participate in the 15th edition of the mythical dakar fashion week. Rebecca Zoro, creator of Yhebe Design was one of the stylists invited to this prestigious African fashion mass. This edition is special because celebrating the 15th anniversary of this fashion event created by Adama Paris. Yhebe Design arrived on Senghor’s grounds with his collection “the important is the rose” in his suitcase ready to conquer the heart of a guest audience handpicked. This collection, often seen on the African podiums, however, was a surprise: new original pieces in the romantic and minimalist spirit of the collection. The festivities began on Tuesday, June 27 with a cocktail at the French embassy residence with the presence of Rebecca Zoro who took advantage of this chic and elegant moment to weave the Yhebe Design canvas and to forge partnerships. The parade given in these places was the opportunity for the designer to show that Yhebe Design is one of the most trendy brands of the moment. The most iconic pieces, including the famous Yhebe cape, were displayed on rhythmic music. The next day, the podium in the heart of the Pullman Teranga Hotel welcomed the delicate Yhebe design pieces during a fashion show. It is on sweet melodies celebrating the heart and the sensitivity of Africa that the 6 mannequins carrying the pieces of the rose parade and shared its sweet scent to the public and present media.
